Jaspal Rawat

Jaspal Rawat is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Roche since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a team for the development and support of cancer diagnostics instruments. Prior to this, Jaspal worked at Eaton from February 2015 to October 2020 in various roles, including Agile Champion and IoT Solutions Lead, where significant achievements included institutionalizing Agile processes and generating substantial organic growth through IoT initiatives. Earlier, Jaspal contributed to Caterpillar Inc. from March 2004 to February 2015, leading multiple new product introduction projects and achieving notable cost reductions and process improvements. Jaspal holds an MBA from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
