Jay Baraj

Jay Baraj is a GMP Quality Professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Global Learning Manager at Roche since 2022. In this role, Jay leads learning and development initiatives, including the Global Deviation & CAPA Redesign project, and collaborates closely with the Global Quality Risk Management Team. Prior to Roche, Jay held positions at Baxter International Inc. as a Quality Systems Lead and Senior Quality Specialist, where they oversaw critical investigations and managed cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement projects. Jay earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Ryerson University between 2009 and 2014.
