Jen Phan

Jen Phan is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in software systems design and engineering, project management, and application science. Currently serving as a Staff Software Systems Design Engineer at Roche since August 2021, Jen is responsible for defining and prioritizing backlog items and ensuring deliverables while collaborating with various stakeholders. Previously, Jen held roles at Medtronic, including Senior Project Manager and Senior Systems Engineer, where responsibilities included driving product releases and supporting integration testing for medical devices. Jen's early career included positions at Beckman Coulter as a Senior Application Scientist and other roles focused on test method development and quality assurance. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
