Jens Hofmann is the Head of Automation Support Pharma at Roche, responsible for overseeing automation operations in the Pharma Mannheim division. From 2014 to 2021, Jens held various roles within Roche, including Leiter Automation Verpackung and Instandhaltung Automation. Prior to these positions, Jens contributed as PR Beauftragter Produktionstechnik Mannheim and led a competency team in Automation for Diabetes Care. Jens completed education as an Energieelektroniker and a Technischer Fachwirt, and is currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at TEQ Weinheim.
