Jess Lau

Jess Lau is currently the Global Surgical Excellence Lead in Ophthalmology at Roche, where they establish surgical excellence in trial settings and oversee training curricula. They previously held various roles, including Global Surgical Device Liaison and Senior Customer Development Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they focused on expanding market share and product launches in ophthalmology. Jess began their career as a Research Assistant at The University of Hong Kong and has significant experience in sales and marketing within the medical field, having worked at Abbott and Johnson & Johnson Vision. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from UC San Diego.
