Jessica Luu

Jessica Luu is a Senior Principal User Experience Designer at Roche, where they define and influence the UX roadmap and lead end-to-end experience design for IVD/RUO assay development. They previously held roles at Malwarebytes and Hologic, focusing on web and interaction design, respectively, where they enhanced customer engagement and streamlined design processes. Jessica began their career as a User Experience Designer at Oracle, contributing to mobile device design and usability research. They hold a Master’s degree in Human Factors/Ergonomics from San Jose State University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Music Performance from Creighton University.
