Jill Bennett

Jill Bennett has extensive experience in HR Information Systems and shared services, currently serving as the Director of HRIS and Transformation Initiatives at Roche Diagnostics since November 2007. In this role, Jill leads the HR Information Systems and Transformation team, focusing on project management and the People Support Solutions transformation for the Americas. Previous positions include Senior Manager of HR Shared Service Center at Roche, where Jill directed a global servicing program and oversaw the implementation of Workday, and Director of HR Service Center at Clarian Health, where Jill developed a shared services delivery model for a large organization. Jill's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Conseco Services LLC and HRIS Manager at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from Marian University Indianapolis.
