Jin Wen

Jin Wen is a motivated scientist and analytical project lead with extensive experience in CMC and analytical development. They currently serve as a Senior Scientist in Analytical Development at Roche since 2025, following a role as a Senior Scientist at Spark Therapeutics, Inc. from 2022 to 2025. Jin has previously contributed to research at Teva Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Scientist and at New Mexico State University as a Lab Assistant, focusing on the large-scale synthesis of amino acids. They also have teaching experience at The Ohio State University, where they worked as a Teaching Assistant in chemistry labs. Jin earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from The Ohio State University in 2018.
