Jo Stevens

Jo Stevens, PhD, is currently a Group Leader in Antibody Development at Roche, where they specialize in lab automation and digital transformation to enhance antibody research efficiency. With over seven years of experience in antibody development, Jo has worked on innovative processes that support scalable improvements across the organization. Previously, Jo served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Roche, developing novel technologies for antibody discovery, and as a Research Assistant and PhD student at Maastricht University, where they focused on neuroimmunology and immunotherapies for Alzheimer’s disease. Jo holds multiple degrees from Maastricht University, including a Research Master in Fundamental Neuroscience and a BSc in Biomedical Science.
