Joanne Seow

Joanne Seow is an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager currently serving as the APAC Regulatory Affairs Manager at Roche, where they focus on end-to-end regulatory information management and strategy using the RIM Veeva Vault application. Previously, Joanne held various positions at Roche, contributing to strategic regulatory submissions across multiple APAC countries and supporting clinical trial applications in regions such as South Korea and India. Joanne’s career also includes roles as a Clinical Pharmacist at the Ministry of Health Malaysia and a Regulatory Specialist at the Health Sciences Authority, where they evaluated therapeutic products and responded to market alerts. Joanne earned a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Strathclyde and has pursued further education in medical devices at Temasek Polytechnic.
