Joe Piccolo is currently the Director of the Safety, Health & Environment Department at Roche Molecular Systems, where they oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive SHE programs. Previously, they served as Safety Manager at Michael Foods and held roles as Scientist in Toxicology & Research and EHS Officer at Novartis/CIBA-GEIGY. Joe owned and operated Celestial Spirits Horse Breeding from 2010 to 2017, combining their biology background with extensive animal handling and training experience. They hold a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and are actively pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the City University of New York-Brooklyn College.
