John Foster

John Foster is the Head of Learning Operations Center of Excellence and Global Business Process Owner for Learning Operations at Roche, where they connect people, processes, and technology to enhance learning experiences that drive business performance. Previously, Foster served as Senior Manager of Learning and Development and Corporate Learning Management System Business Process Owner at Genentech, leading the integration of Genentech into Roche's global SAP Learning Solution. Foster is pursuing education at both Stanford University School of Engineering and the United States Air Force Academy. They hold a Master's degree in Structural Engineering and Project Management from Stanford University, earned in 2002.
