John Meister

John Meister is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and validation within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Roche since December 2020, John orchestrates various engineering, maintenance, and validation initiatives for multiple facilities while managing an annual OPEX budget exceeding $3 million and a CAPEX budget of $5 million. Prior to this role, John was the Head of Engineering Department at Ohm Laboratories for over a decade, focusing on validation activities and resource allocation for U.S. operations. John's career began as a Validation Engineer with Integrated Project Services and later included significant contributions at Abbott Laboratories and Glaxo Smithkline. John holds a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and two degrees from Rutgers University: a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry.
