John Pasi MBE

John Pasi MBE is the Global Franchise Head of Haematology and Rare Blood Diseases in Product Development at Roche, a position held since 2021. Previously, John served as a Professor of Haemostasis and Thrombosis at Barts and the London School of Medicine, and has extensive experience in the field, including a prior role as Consultant Haematologist at Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust. John’s research has focused on bioengineered replacement therapies, gene therapy platforms for haemophilia, and RNAi technologies. Throughout their career, John has actively contributed to national and international health policy development, notably as Co-Chair of the World Federation of Haemophilia Gene Therapy Roundtable, and has been a key advisor on VTE prevention in hospitals.
