Jon Chatterton

Jon (Jed) Chatterton is an innovative Scientific Leader and Executive with extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in ocular gene therapy and drug development. They co-founded RNAeye Therapeutics, LLC, where they led the discovery and development of nucleic acid-based therapeutics for ophthalmic diseases from 2015 to 2017. Previously, they held significant roles at Alcon and Allergan, focusing on siRNA programs and retinal disease model development. Currently, they serve as a Senior Director in Ocular Preclinical Research at Roche, while continuing their impactful contributions to advancing therapies for various eye conditions. Jon (Jed) obtained their Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of California, Los Angeles.
