Jonathan Greenwald serves as the Product Line Lead for the ServiceNow Platform and Common Apps at Roche since March 2020, where responsibilities include defining strategic direction, ensuring value delivery, and managing IT Product Managers within agile frameworks. Additionally, Jonathan leads a team as the USIX Chapter Section Lead, focusing on IT operations excellence. Previous experience includes founding and directing Runners of The Six, and holding leadership roles at BMO Financial Group, Mondelez International, Oracle Corporation, and IBM, focusing on supplier relationship management, IT services governance, and service account management. Academic qualifications include a B.S. in Architecture from New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
