Joyce Lee

Joyce Lee, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and accounting within the biotech, pharmaceutical, and high-tech sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Roche, Joyce manages month-end close processes and oversees a finance and accounting team. Previously, Joyce held roles such as Lead Business Unit Finance at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A at VIVUS, Inc., where they managed financial reporting and provided strategic insights. Joyce began their career as a Project Engineer at Trane and has contributed to various organizations, including serving as a board member for a non-profit. Joyce holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Rutgers University.
