Julia Bustin

Julia Bustin (White) PhD PMP is currently the Principal Initiative Project Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Roche, where they leverage extensive expertise in pharmaceutical R&D and project management. With a strong background in drug discovery, clinical development, and regulatory submissions, Julia has successfully led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex projects throughout their career, including roles at MedImmune and AstraZeneca. They hold a PhD in DNA Repair and Replication from NIMR and a BSc in Applied Biology from the University of Bath. Julia is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PROSci Change Management Practitioner, demonstrating a commitment to effective leadership and strategic project execution in the biopharmaceutical field.
