Karl Gertow

Karl Gertow is a seasoned professional in real-world evidence (RWE) strategies, currently serving as an RWE Partner at Roche since 2020, where they develop RWE initiatives to enhance patient and healthcare outcomes. Previously, they held the position of Senior Research Officer at the Swedish Research Council from 2015 to 2019 and worked as a Statistics Consultant at Biovator AB in 2009. Karl also has extensive academic experience, including roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Centro Cardiologico Monzino and a Research Assistant Professor at Karolinska Institutet, where they contributed to various research endeavors between 2010 and 2015. Karl earned their PhD from Karolinska Institutet in 2004 and holds a Master's degree from Uppsala University.
