Karma Smith is a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner with extensive experience in global talent management. They began their career as a Distance Education Recruiter at ITT Technical Institute and progressed through various roles, including Corporate Recruiter at 40|86 Advisors and Senior Corporate Recruiter at CNO Financial Group. Currently, at Roche, Karma leads and reinforces the People Agenda, applying broad HR skills in talent management and organizational development. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Labor Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
