Katarzyna Marczyk

Katarzyna Marczyk is a design researcher with extensive experience in UX research and design facilitation. Katarzyna has held positions such as UX Research Lead at Roche and Design Researcher at Common Collective, and has also served as the CEO and Design Thinking Workshops Facilitator for Ideakcja, focusing on workshops for Polish teachers. In academia, Katarzyna taught a course in Responsible Design at the University of Wroclaw and has coached a diverse team in Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute. Their educational background includes a MA with Distinction in Design for Social Innovation and Sustainable Futures from the London College of Communication and a BA in Communication Management from the University of Wroclaw.
