Kate Hardstaff

Kate Hardstaff is an experienced learning and development professional, currently serving as a Principal Learning Manager at Roche since July 2016. In this role, Kate collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify technical and behavioral learning needs and designs innovative learning solutions utilizing various media. Prior experience includes positions at Cancer Research UK as a Senior Learning Manager and Learning Manager, where Kate established a new training function for the Centre for Drug Development, improving training processes and standards. Previous roles also include positions at invivodata, i3 Research, and PAREXEL, spanning clinical management and training. Kate holds a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Learning and Development and degrees from the University of Leeds and the University of Leicester in education and biological sciences, respectively.
