Katja Wehrle is currently the Head of People & Culture and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Roche, leading HR efforts for the Manufacturing Site Drug Substance Basel, which employs over 650 individuals. Katja has been instrumental in organizational transformation, talent management, and strategic business planning since joining Roche in 2014. Previously, they held the role of Head of Human Resources as well as Head of Marketing & Communication at Tavero AG, contributing to executive decisions and HR strategy from 2006 to 2014. Katja's career also includes significant HR leadership at Vifor Pharma between 1999 and 2006. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources from FHNW and a Further Education Degree in Human Resources Management.
