Katrin Arnold

Katrin Arnold is a senior leader in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Site Head of Pharma R&D at Roche Innovation Center Basel, Katrin is a member of the Executive Steering Committee and oversees scientific community engagement for approximately 2,000 scientists. Previously, Katrin held research fellow positions at Harvard Medical School and Mass General Hospital, contributing to significant advancements in stem cell and cancer research. With a solid foundation in both project management and human resources, Katrin has played a key role in various initiatives at Roche, including leading COVID-19 crisis management and participating in the global site heads forum. Katrin is pursuing ongoing education in biology and cancer research while also completing an advanced management program at Universität St.Gallen.
