Laura Gil

Laura Gil is currently the Divisional Strategy Implementation Lead at Roche Diagnostics, where they oversee strategic initiatives. Previously, Laura served as the Head of Exploration and Innovation Lead at Roche Information Solutions, co-leading the establishment of a customer-centric Innovation department. Their experience includes roles at GF Piping Systems and Georg Fischer, where they focused on design thinking and strategic project management. Laura holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Master of Science in Management Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich, among other educational qualifications.
