Lawrence Tang

Lawrence Tang, MBA, is currently an Expert Delivery Service Manager at Roche, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as a Solution Centre Service Manager at British American Tobacco from 2017 to 2019. Lawrence has held various roles in change management and design authority, showcasing a breadth of experience in service management. They are pursuing an MBA at Putra Business School and a CMI Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership Practise. Lawrence also completed an executive education program at INSEAD focused on building digital partnerships and ecosystems.
