Leena Jaatinen

Leena Jaatinen is the Head of Labeling and Process Governance at Roche, where they focus on process management and improvement, utilizing their expertise in Change Management and Lean Six Sigma. Previously, Leena has worked as a Process Manager and in Operations Support at Roche. They hold a Ph.D. in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, where they also pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biomaterials, and Industrial Management. Additionally, Leena gained valuable experience as a Visiting Researcher at ETH Zurich and as a Senior Process Engineer at HELVETING Engineering AG.
