Lisa Adelfinger, PhD, is currently the Global Head of Operations for pRED Neuroscience & Rare Diseases at Roche, a position they will hold from 2024 to 2025. Previously, they served in various roles at Roche, including Chief of Staff and Quality Assurance Manager, among others. Lisa completed their Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Basel and a Master of Science at the University of Regensburg. Most recently, they are pursuing a Certificate of Advanced Studies at the ZHAW IAP Institute of Applied Psychology. Additionally, they have experience teaching during their PhD studies at the University of Basel.
