Lisa Rose

Lisa Rose is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people analytics with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Principal Insights Partner for People Analytics at Roche since January 2017, Lisa has also held the position of Global Lead for Talent Acquisition & Market Intelligence at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. Prior to Roche, Lisa was at Genentech from April 2004 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing corporate staffing tools and driving initiatives to attract veteran talent. Earlier career roles included positions at Kelly Scientific, where Lisa served as Branch Manager and Senior Staffing Consultant. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has completed executive coaching training at the Co Active Training Institute.
