Lisa Spicer

Lisa Spicer is a Senior Learning and Readiness Consultant at Roche Diagnostics, where they leverage their versatile skill set in contract analysis, customer relations, and negotiation. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Roche, including Senior Business Support Consultant and Contract Consultant, and contributed significantly to contract development and compliance. Prior to that, they worked at DeerBrook Holdings, Inc. for over a decade, progressing from a Senior Accounting and Leasing Analyst to a Property Manager, where they focused on tenant relations and property management strategies. Lisa earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Indiana University East and an Associate's Degree in General Studies, Cum Laude, from Ivy Tech Community College.
