Lisa Tang

Lisa Tang is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent innovation, leadership, and business partnership. Currently serving as a Principal HRBP at Roche since August 2012, Lisa has held several senior roles, including Senior Manager in Talent Innovation & Leadership & Agility, and Senior Manager for Attraction & Sourcing. Previous positions include North Asia HR Business Partner at Husky Injection Molding Systems, Staffing Manager & HR Business Partner at Electrolux, and Recruitment and Development Manager at Estee Lauder. Lisa began a career in HR consulting at Kornferry Human Capital Consulting and holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Shanghai International Studies University.
