Liz Ramsburg

Liz Ramsburg is a neuro-immunologist serving as the Head of Research at Roche Innovation Center Philadelphia. They earned a PhD in Immunobiology from Yale University and began their academic career as an Assistant Professor at the Duke Human Vaccine Institute, where they led a team developing viral-vectored vaccines for emerging infectious diseases. From 2013 to 2021, Liz worked at Janssen Therapeutics as the Scientific Director of NeuroImmunology, focusing on novel vaccines for neurodegenerative diseases. They then became the Head of CNS Research at Spark Therapeutics, overseeing preclinical research for the Neuroscience Therapeutic Area. With a strong background in immunology and translational neuroscience, Liz is adept at building collaborative teams across diverse scientific disciplines.
