Lukas Chytil

Lukas Chytil is an accomplished professional in the field of synthetic molecules technical development, with over eight years of industry experience. Currently serving as a Lab Head of Analytical Development for small molecules at Roche, Lukas leads cross-functional CMC project teams and manages third-party collaborations. Their expertise includes developing control strategies for late-stage projects, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Lukas holds a PhD from Charles University and a Master's degree from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague.
