Lulu

Lulu has extensive experience in clinical operations, serving as a Clinical Operations Lead at Roche from January 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities included leading clinical operations in Mississauga, Ontario. Previously, Lulu worked as a Global Country Study Representative, authoring trial monitoring plans and collaborating with global affiliates on clinical operations. Earlier experience also includes a rotation as a Country Study Manager, providing support to local study teams and mentoring Clinical Research Associates. Prior to Roche, Lulu gained sales experience as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Quickdraw Tarpaulin System and enhanced customer service skills as a Customer Service Representative at TD. Lulu holds a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto Mississauga (2017-2019) and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto (2012-2016).
