MacKenzie Johnson, PMP, is currently the CGM Operations Lead in Indianapolis, where they continue to demonstrate exceptional leadership in project management. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering from Purdue University, MacKenzie has previously held various roles at Roche, including Senior Process Improvement Engineer and Strategic Operations Lead, where they directed critical initiatives and facilitated successful project implementations. They also gained significant experience at Rolls-Royce as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing the development of new material systems for gas turbine engines. MacKenzie is recognized for their ability to manage multi-million dollar projects and enhance operational efficiency across diverse teams.
