Mandy Roberts

Mandy Roberts is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for North America at Roche since August 2017. In this role, Mandy oversees a team of Talent Acquisition Partners within the Global Integrated Workforce Strategies Organization and is a member of the IWS Recruiting Leadership team. Previously, Mandy held the position of Senior Recruiter at Ventana Medical Systems, specializing in recruitment for R&D and Medical Affairs roles. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Recruitment and Sales at Career Opportunities International and working as a Senior Talent Scout at Stratagem Consulting and as Recruitment Manager at The Novo Group. Mandy's career began as a Senior IT Recruiter and Talent Scout at Interactive Business Systems. Mandy holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Iowa State University and pursued studies at the University of Iowa.
