Marit’s leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity, integrity, and empathy, with a focus on empowering teams to pursue their goals and learn from every experience. With a Ph.D. from Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Marit has held various roles in the pharmaceutical and diagnostic sectors, including positions at Roche and Targos Molecular Pathology GmbH, where Marit led innovations in project management and diagnostics solutions. Recently, Marit served as Subchapter Lead for Innovation Management at Roche, continuing to inspire teams to grow and foster a thriving business environment.
