Mariusz Mulas

Mariusz Mulas is an accomplished IT leader with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Global Head of Software Engineering and Head of the Roche Global IT Solution Centre. In this role, Mariusz oversees more than 250 employees and a large contractor workforce, responsible for delivering over 150 global IT software solutions that support Roche's extensive operational network. Mariusz manages a substantial budget while driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Mariusz also fosters employee engagement and partners' satisfaction, collaborates with global leadership teams, and contributes to organizational mentoring and diversity efforts. Prior to Roche, Mariusz held various technical and managerial positions, including roles at IMPAQ Group and Asseco Business Solutions, and holds a Master's degree in IT from Warsaw University of Technology. Additionally, Mariusz serves as an Ambassador for Girls Future Ready, promoting empowerment for young women.
