Markus Rudolph

Biochemist & Structural Biologist

Markus Rudolph is an accomplished biochemist and structural biologist with extensive experience in research and development. Since July 2006, Markus has served as a senior scientist at Roche, specializing in structural biology and advising on biophysical and kinetic techniques. Prior to this, Markus led an independent research group at the University of Goettingen from January 2003 to December 2007, focusing on intracellular transport and enzyme mechanisms through X-ray crystallography and optical spectroscopy. Markus began the career as a postdoctoral fellow at The Scripps Research Institute from July 1999 to February 2002, where research interests included structural immunology and protein crystallization. Markus completed a PhD at the Max-Planck Institute for Molecular Physiology, contributing to the understanding of the crystal structure of Cdc42 and its interactions. An academic foundation was established with a Diplom in Biochemie from the University of Bayreuth.
