Marlies Hermann

Marlies Hermann is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors, currently serving as Circle Lead DP Solids and Project & Site Engineer at Roche. Previous roles include Senior Expert Plant Engineer, Site Engineering Leader, and Supply Team Site Engineer at Novartis, as well as Head of Maintenance at Swiss Armed Forces Pharmacy. Marlies also contributed to M+W Process Industries as a Project Engineer and completed a Diploma Thesis at LSMW GmbH. Marlies holds a degree in Pharmatechnik from Albstadt-Sigmaringen University, obtained from 2003 to 2007, and attended Gymnasium Balingen from 1994 to 2003.
