Martha Bousek

Martha Bousek is an experienced leader in capability building and organizational development. They have held significant roles at Roche as the Global Capability and Development Lead and at Novartis as the Global Head of Capability Building. Martha's previous positions include heading PR and marketing efforts at NPO Hilfswerk and leading corporate communications at GlaxoSmithKline UK, where they developed strategies to enhance the company's reputation and lead transformational change. They also contributed to academia as a lecturer in Strategic and Integrated Communications at the University of Applied Sciences, Lower Austria.
