Martin Bader

Martin Bader is currently the Head of Large Molecule Characterization at Roche, overseeing a department of over 100 scientists while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Previously, they served as Head of Biochemistry at Roche, where they led a team of more than 30 scientists and played a key role in advancing antibody projects. Martin's early career included significant research contributions as a Senior Fellow at the University of Washington and as a Research Scholar at the University of Michigan, where their work was published in prominent journals. They earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Konstanz and a Diplom in Biology from Universität Regensburg.
