Martin Halter

Martin Halter is an experienced leader in contract manufacturing, specializing in high-volume single-use IVD consumables at Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz, Switzerland. They have a proven track record in managing supply challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, where they successfully ramped up global external production capacity. Martin's previous roles included overseeing consumables support and development, as well as leading teams in consumables manufacturing science and technology. They hold a PhD in Surface Science from ETH Zurich and have contributed to the field through various positions, including project management and research.
