Mate Gabelica

Mate Gabelica is currently a Global Senior Sourcing Manager for Digital & Technology at Roche, where they lead procurement initiatives and manage operational activities across key IT sites in EMEA. Previously, they served as an IT Procurement Lead for Germany at Roche and held strategic procurement roles at DekaBank and BNP Paribas. Their earlier experience includes a position as a Commodity Manager at Siemens and a Werkstudent role at KarstadtQuelle AG. Mate is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University and studying for a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering at TU Darmstadt.
