Mathilde Muzerelle

Mathilde Muzerelle is currently the Chief of Staff for Cardiovascular, Metabolism, and Immunology in pRED, where they demonstrate a balanced and empathic leadership style alongside a proactive approach to strategic initiatives. Mathilde has previously held multiple roles at Roche, including Senior Research Portfolio & Project Manager and Head Strategy, Governance and Operations for the 360 Labs initiative, where they provided crucial support for project plans and governance. Prior to their tenure at Roche, Mathilde worked at Debiopharm as the Head of Medicinal Chemistry - Oncology and held positions at Merck Serono and EMD Serono, contributing extensively to medicinal chemistry and project management. Mathilde holds a PhD from the University of Southampton, as well as a Master's degree in Pharmacology and Medicinal Chemistry and dual degrees in Biology and Biochemistry from Paris VII.
