Matthew Barfield is a Chapter Lead in Regulated Bioanalysis and Biosample Operations at Roche, bringing over 20 years of experience in regulated quantitative bioanalysis for both small and large molecules. Previously, Matthew served as Head of Regulated Bioanalysis at Roche and Section Leader at GlaxoSmithKline, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical expertise. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Chemistry from De Montfort University and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Lincoln. Renowned for their energy and enthusiasm, Matthew has a natural intuition for generating innovative ideas and excels in communication and team management.
