Matthew Dixon

Matthew Dixon has extensive experience in process engineering and quality management across various organizations. Beginning a career at NuSil Technology, LLC as Supervisor of Process Development, Matthew then progressed through roles at BIOSITE, ultimately serving as Senior Process Engineer before the company's acquisition by Alere Inc. At Alere, Matthew held multiple positions, including Manager of Reagent Standards and Director of Quality Engineering, from 2009 to 2011. Matthew continued to advance in the field at Quidel as Director of Quality Engineering for Cardiology & Toxicology from 2017 to 2019 and later at Dexcom as Director of Process Engineering from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Matthew serves as Director of Process Development at Roche since 2023. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 2002.
