Matthew Lin possesses a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from UC Davis, complemented by minors in Technology Management and Communication. Initial experience as a Junior Specialist at UC Davis involved analyzing linguiça samples and performing plasmid extraction. Subsequently, in a role as Environmental Monitor Tech I at Nektar Therapeutics, Matthew ensured compliance with USP and GMP regulations through extensive monitoring of manufacturing facilities. Since November 2007, Matthew has been a Manager of Clinical Operations at Roche Molecular Systems, leading a team of 10 scientists in the successful execution of over 75 clinical studies while managing laboratory resources and testing schedules.
