Maxime Maignan

Maxime Maignan currently serves as the Healthcare Affairs & Innovation Manager at Roche, a position held since January 2021, focusing on enhancing the strategic roles of Medical Affairs. In addition, Maxime has been an Independent Medical Advisor since January 2015, consulting for scientific and executive committees in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Prior experience includes a tenure as Professor in Emergency Medicine at CHU Grenoble Alpes from October 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included developing high-quality care programs, leading clinical research, and managing the Emergency Department. Maxime also directed the Emergency Medicine residency program, successfully recruiting residents and fostering clinical expertise. Earlier experiences feature an internship at Roche Diagnostics France, contributing to the development of a new influenza diagnostic business model, and a fellowship at the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal, focusing on lung inflammation research. Maxime holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a certification in Innovation Management from Babson College.
