Melanie Hernandez is a seasoned program manager with over 10 years of experience in executing learning strategies and initiatives within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, specializing in sterility assurance and quality management. They possess a strong background in validating systems, risk management, employee training, and compliance with stringent regulatory standards. Currently, Melanie serves as a Global Learning and Development Manager at Roche, having previously held the position of Validation Manager at Fresenius Kabi Canada. They earned an Honors Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology from the University of Toronto and a diploma in Biotechnology Technology from Centennial College, as well as completing a certificate in Clinical Research at York University.
